What our day will look like...
~ Opening circle to deepen our connection and for each participant to share their intentions for the day.
~ We will then move into our first group Shamanic Healing Journey of the day to access your energetic, spiritual body wisdom, to receive message from your guides and animal totems, release tension and fear from your body and welcome in a deeper sense of peace and groundedness. We will follow this with individual silent time and intentional journaling.
We will break for lunch and then...
~ Participate in a releasing ceremony to let go of outdated mindsets and old ways of being that are no longer serving
our highest good.
~ Depending on timing, we may then have some quiet time on the land as it has lots of common space for walking through the woods, along our private trails, or by the mountain creeks including a small peaceful and healing waterfall for meditation and contemplation.
~ We will then finish our day with a final Shamanic Healing Journey and closing circle.

About the facilitator, Marcela McBride:
Marcela is a Shamanic Priestess, Ordained Healing Minister and Spiritual Guide for visionary creatives who know there is something more and they're ready to live it! She works primarily with women who desire to live a life steeped in Spirit, Divinely guided and full of purpose. Her unique approach of Shamanic Healing and Integrative Spiritual Guidance allows her clients to clarify what is holding them back and identify more clearly where they want to go in their lives.
